Course Outline

Class Information:
All classes last one hour.
Classes run in blocks of 6 prepaid sessions. Sessions missed in 6 week beginners course cannot be refunded, however after the initial 6 week period sessions don't have to be taken consecutively, (see prices)

6 sessions ( to be used in 8 weeks) £48 (after initial beginners course)

Prior to starting any class clients must complete a health questionnaire detailing any injuries or health issues. Depending on such issues it may be advisable to discuss your medical suitability with your GP before attending.
All clients new to Pilates should complete a beginner's course where the foundation and principles of Pilates will be learnt safely and effectively.

Equipment provided:
Mats, blocks, towels, cushions and Pilates equipment.

Clothing recommended to wear:
Loose and comfortable enough to allow freedom of movement and breathing.
Socks or bare feet.
