What is Pilates?
First developed by Joseph Pilates at the beginning of the 20th century. Pilates is a holistic exercise programme which rebalances and fine tunes your body. Pilates will improve your strength, flexibility, posture, body awareness and stamina.

I am a Qualified Level 3 Pilates Matwork Instructor. I am fully insured and a member of The Register of Exercise Professionals. I started doing Pilates five years ago after reading about all the wonderful things it could do, and after having 2 children I needed to tone up my tummy! I soon noticed a marked improvement in my posture, suppleness and muscle tone. I'm now really keen to introduce the benefits of Pilates and believe it's for everyone, whatever your fitness level or age. As a Modern Pilates Instructor I work to a maximum group class of 12. This enables me to provide you with support and close supervision.
